Bill Payment Services
Financial service companies that offer funds transfer and bill payment services can immediately aid consumers in building their payment history with common recurring bill payments such as rent, mortgage, auto loan, utilities, telecom, cable and ISP by uploading historical and real-time payment data using the PRBC Data Network.
EFT (electronic funds transfer), the ACH (automated clearing house), and eCheck delivery of recurring payments that are set up in advance, can be "triggered" by phone, online, or with a teller at the time and in the amount of the Customer's choosing, and produce the most accurate electronic payment statement at the lowest cost. Reporting these payments to the PRBC Data Network, with consent of the consumer, has been pre-qualified as a Community Development Service by the Federal Reserve Board.

The PRBC Data Network can be used by anyone with Internet access. While the Internet provides the most cost effective, reliable, and secure delivery system for the PRBC service, as many as 18 million rental households, or one-half of all rental housing units in US, are estimated to be in need of assistance when it comes to accessing the Internet.
PRBC Enrollment Partners provide facilities, such as a computer terminal, Internet access, and instruction if necessary, to those needing assistance with PRBC enrollment and account management
