Consumers deserve equal credit for demonstrating what they learn about fiscal responsibility, building asset-based wealth through homeownership, as well as for how they manage their personal finances. Use of the PRBC Achievers 100+ point system in addition to, or in the absence of "traditional" measures of creditworthiness represents another important step that can be taken to assure fair and equal access to housing, prime rate loans, insurance, employment, and to building asset-based wealth.
  1. Maintain a Federally Insured Bank or Credit Union Account - 40 Points
      
  2. Complete an approved course of Household Financial Management Instruction - 20 Points each course
       
  3. Pay Bills Electronically - 20 Points 
      
    1. by phone, web, teller, automatic withdrawal, or other means (ACH or paper check sent to payee with electronic "receipt" sent to payor and to PRBC)
        
    2. must include a housing payment such as rent or mortgage, plus at least two other recurring monthly bills or regular remittances
        
  4. Own and Use an ATM Card - 10 Points
      
  5. Receive Direct Deposit Payroll - 15 points 
      
  6. Avoid or Resolve Landlord-Tenant Judgments - 15 Points
      
  7. Complete an approved course in the use of Insurance Products to protect wealth, prevent injury, and to mitigate claims - 15 Points each course
      
  8. Complete an approved course of Home Maintenance and Improvement Instruction - 15 Points each course
      
  9. Pay Rent, Mortgages, other Bills and Remittances on time:
