Corey Stone
Chief Executive Officer
Corey joined PRBC in September, 2006 to lead the company's commercialization efforts. He was previously Executive Vice President of American Payment Systems, the largest processor of walk-in bill payments, where he was responsible for that company's rapid growth from 2000 - 2004 and led numerous product development, marketing alliance, and acquisition efforts. When APS was acquired by CheckFree Corporation in 2004, he became Vice President, Business Development at CheckFree. Before APS, Corey was a Consultant and Partner of Easton Consultants for 14 years, where he built and led the firm's practice in utilities and financial services, with clients that included MasterCard, CitiGroup, Wachovia, and IBM.
At APS and as a consultant Corey has pioneered the development of financial services that meet the needs of underserved consumers. He serves on the Investment Committee of the Center for Financial Services Innovation and was a Director of BillMatrix Corporation. He received his BA from Harvard University and his MBA from Yale.
Michael G. Nathans
Chairman, Founder & Chief Development Officer
Michael guides corporate governance, product development and service design. He founded PRBC in 2002, after 25 years in the residential real estate and finance industries with the aim of expanding home ownership and credit access opportunities for renters. He has been a Senior Manager with PriceWaterhouse Asset Securitization, Mortgage Banking, and Financial Risk Management practices. During his career Michael has provided a range of services and advice to financial institutions, government agencies, private investors, loan portfolio servicers, real estate developers, and property managers. He also co-founded Just the Facts, Inc. one of the first services to use credit histories and court records to screen tenants for apartment complex owners and managers.
Michael served as an Independent Director for Credit-Based Asset Servicing and Securitization LLC and received his BA from Franklin and Marshall College.
Kevin Goldstein
Chief Technology and Privacy Officer
Kevin assures that PRBC's systems meet the highest standards for data quality, security, dependability, and privacy. He has been PRBC's chief liaison with IBM Consulting in the development of the company's systems architecture in order to assure fair and accurate data collection and adaptability to consumer and lender needs, while minimizing transaction costs and maximizing data security.
Kevin brings a decade of planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support of network and software systems. He served as the Director of Technology of a marketing firm, as a Primary Consultant for an information-technology consulting firm, and as the Senior Programming Manager for a hosting and e-commerce development service provider. He majored in marketing technologies at Western Connecticut State University.
Matthew Vitko
Vice President, Sales and Channel Development
Matt is responsible for the development and management of PRBC's relationships with its Affiliate credit reporting agencies and consumer marketing partners.
Prior to joining PRBC Matt worked for a provider of 3rd party systems hosting solutions to establish and manage revenue sharing agreements with leading system integrators such as, Bearing Point, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Accenture. Matthew majored in Marketing at Franklin and Marshall College.
